In 2014, our founder Caron began Simply Gum in her own kitchen, realizing that conventional chewing gum is filled with synthetic plastic. She switched to creating batches of natural gum using chicle, a tree sap, and from there, our journey began.

Our commitment to natural ingredients, delicious flavors, and attractive packaging has remained strong since those early days, even as we've grown beyond Caron's kitchen. Most gum on the market contains a synthetic plastic base, but not ours. We use chicle instead of hidden synthetic substances like polyvinyl acetate.

Crafted by our talented team of gum chefs in our Brooklyn factory, our gum is Kosher, non-GMO, and vegan, as well as dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free (excluding our Maple variety). We pride ourselves on what goes into our gum and what stays out, like synthetic plastic.

Each piece of our gum contains organic cane sugar for a natural sweetness, without any artificial sweeteners like aspartame. We utilize real peppermint flavor derived from essential oils and extracts from the peppermint plant, avoiding artificial colors and flavors.
